International Flight Terms & Conditions

• Citizens of the United States must present a valid Passport book to enter Mexico by air. Those who present a Passport card may be denied entry. Valid Passport book information must be received by JSX within 48 hours of flight booking. Failure to submit Passport information will result in reservation being automatically canceled, deleted, and refunded. Procuring and providing required documents and meeting stated requirements are the sole responsibility of the Customer. JSX does not provide, reimburse, or facilitate obtaining documents.

• Due to document validation requirements, Customers must check-in at the JSX facility a minimum of 40 minutes prior to departure.  JSX reserves the right to cancel any reservation should a Customer not arrive 40 minutes prior to departure.

• Applicable taxes and fees will be deducted from the fare paid by the Customer.

• Service between Los Angeles, CA (LAX) or Dallas, TX (DAL) and Cabo San Lucas (CSL) is subject to certain government approvals. If approvals are not received, the flights will be canceled and the Customer will receive a full refund to their original form of payment.  JSX is not responsible for any other travel costs incurred by the customer.

Identification Requirements

Customers traveling must provide valid identification and provide passport number at least 48 hours prior to departure. All documents must be presented in person at check in to travel. Acceptable forms:

• U.S. or Canadian Passport (Passports cards are not accepted)

• Foreign Passport with ESTA/Visa Waiver, if applicable (For information: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov)

• If you are from a country not part of the ESTA or Visa Waiver program, you must present your foreign Passport with a U.S. Visa or U.S. Permanent Resident card.

*Photo/digital copies are NOT permitted, no exceptions. If a customer can not provide valid identification, cancel reservation and issue full refund to Original form of payment**If a customer fails to provide us their passport information 48 hours prior to departure, their reservation will be cancelled and refunded to OFOP regardless of fare type*
